(CALEDON, ON)- On May 3, 2014, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the Terra Cotta trailer park to investigate a break and enter.

 Investigation revealed that sometime between October 13th, 2013 and May 3rd, suspect(s) attended the park, broke into the victim’s trailer and shed, stole property and caused extensive damage to the inside of the trailer. The suspect(s) stole a large quantity of tools including a Husqvarna chainsaw, a Stihl saw and sander and Makita drill.

 Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.

 Police are asking anyone with information about this break in to contact Provincial Constable McCracken, Caledon OPP at 905-584-2241 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can submit information online at Crime Stoppers does not subscribe to call display and you will remain anonymous. Being anonymous, you will not testify in court and your information may lead to a cash reward of up to $2,000.00.
