(CALEDON, ON) – On Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at approximately 1:30 am, an officer from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on general patrol in the Village of Bolton. The officer was travelling northbound on Regional Road 50 when he observed a vehicle parked behind a retail store. Given the time, the officer proceeded to the parking lot to investigate. Once the investigation was concluded, James BALDWIN, 29, of Mississauga was arrested and charged with Over 80 mgs.
The Administrative Drivers’ Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and his motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
