(CALEDON, ON) – On Thursday, September 26, 2013, the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) entered into a sexual assault investigation which occurred earlier that month at an address on Bramalea Road.

The investigation has revealed that a driving instructor working out of the Orangeville area inappropriately touched a student driver. The victim’s parents were advised and police were contacted.

As a result of the investigation, Adam CATE, 56, of Halton Hills was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault.

Being anonymous, you will not testify in court and your information may lead to a cash reward of up to $2,000.

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on November 7, 2013.
