(CALEDON, ON)- On Saturday, September 28, 2013, a property owner along Highway 9 contacted the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report a break and enter. The home-owner became alerted when she noticed that the bathroom window had been left open although she was unsure of the time frame surrounding the incident.
Once inside the residence, the suspect(s) stole jewellery from the master bedroom and an X-Box system from another bedroom.
Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.
