(CALEDON, ON) – The Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a single motor vehicle collision which occurred on Friday, September 6th at approximately 11:47 pm. The collision occurred at Abbotside Way and Kennedy Road in the Town of Caledon.
Preliminary investigation into the collision would reveal that the operator of a motorcycle was travelling westbound on Abbotside Way approaching Kennedy Road when he lost control of his bike. The operator of the motorcycle sustained life threatening injuries and was airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre.
The roadways have since re-opened.
