(CALEDON, ON) – On Monday, July 22, 2013 shortly before noon, an employee from a restaurant located in the Village of Bolton contacted the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report an indecent act.  The victim reported that a male driver placed an order in the restaurant’s drive-thru lane and when the male drove up to the window and provided payment, he exposed himself to the female employee.  Officers attended the restaurant and through their investigation uncovered the identity of the driver.  During the course of their investigation, officers further learned that the suspect in this indecent act had committed the same offence at that location approximately 2 weeks prior.


Once the investigation was completed, Robert Drew FRENCH, 51, of Mississauga was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Indecent Act.


The accused will make his first appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on September 5, 2013.
